Do this if you want to have more sex

Obviously having sex ranks high on our list of favorite things, and we're of the opinion that it's hard to have too much of such a delicious activity. If you're into having a heart-pounding good time and want to have sex more frequently, you're going to first want to get your heart pounding in another way: going for a run.  

Yes, seriously.  In a study by Wakefield Research for Brooks Running, 69 percent of runners surveyed believed that running with a partner affected their sex lives.  It makes sense, too - not only is exercise great for your overall health, men's erectile function, and frequency of orgasms - if you're already sweaty and revved up, why not finish up your workout in bed?  Plus, seeing your partner in tight, sexy spandex might not be the worst way to get turned on.

For those runners into, ahem, marathon sessions, you're in luck.  The Wakefield study found that milage counts, with greater dividends for those who run greater distances.  And if you're new to running, don't sweat - plenty of programs like Couch to 5k are geared toward getting newbie runners in peak condition.  Sounds like we'll be slipping into a pair of sneakers and hitting the pavement!
