We all know that regular exercise is important for your health – after all, it does everything from improve your mood to extend your life expectancy.  An even sexier reason to exercise?  It has been linked to improved erectile function in men.  A study by Cedars-Sinai Medical center  found that men who exercise more have better erectile and sexual function, regardless of race. “This study is the first to link the benefits of exercise in relation to improved erectile and sexual function in a racially diverse group of patients,” said the senior author of the study.  Sounds like a good reason to hit the gym!
